“Each time we've been in here its been for an unpleasant reason, but this staff has truly showed they care with being available, giving treatment updates when our fur-babies were hospitalized, etc. It's also a nice bonus to have coffee and a few small snacks, for those times you're waiting a while for treatment to be done.
