Great environment, clean & friendly but professional. The clinic staff is top notch. My dogs walk right in, they never hesitate at the door! I like the family oriented, smaller place & we've gone here for 15+ years. Kelley staff doesn't hurry our appointment. From the Vets to the techs, the staff are truly pet orientated and focused on the best care - from puppyhood to the sad last days they have guided us through it all. I know Kelley is doing what is best to support my dogs, me and my budget. It's a genuine good place and these folks are the real deal.
Staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and sweet. Every time I take my dog here they treat him very well and give him lots of treats and love. They’re also very good at distracting him when he gets shots. I had to get my last dog put down here and they were very sweet to me and my dog and vey understanding of our decision. My mom had talked to a guy that works there for about 45 minutes so she could hear it from a professional that putting him down was the right thing to do.
The vet techs and support staff are all so kind and excited to see my dog! Dr. Troye has been wonderful! She listens to all my concerns, gives me recommendations and options for the best treatments to help my 12 year old lab keep living her best life. 100% recommended Kelley Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive vet!
