Always have a great experience and caring staff. We have a reactive and nervous 70# dog. Usually vet trips are difficult but they allow you to call when you’re in the parking lot and you don’t have to wait in the waiting area. This has helped to make our trips very low stress and my dog to know he gets treats and love and doesn’t need to be afraid.
Such a great clinic! Everybody I met that works here is so kind and helpful. You can tell they truly care. I love the separate waiting areas they have for people with cats and people with dogs, it’s such a genius idea.
I have a reactive and anxious shelter dog that I love with every piece of me. Since I brought him home 9 years ago we have went to White Bear Animal Hospital for his veterinary care. I have always felt heard and supported throughout the entire 9 years of care. Dr. Dalton is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Alessia, the vet tech is absolutely amazing! She truly understands my fearful boy and his sometimes anxious mama. Haha. Honestly the entire staff are amazing! I will forever be a customer. 💜
