“I brought my sweet girl Qiqi in for surgery to remove a tumor on her side. She unfortunately passed away a few days after due to complications during recovery; the surgery itself went fine, the stress of everything was just too much for her poor little body to handle. Cedar Pet Clinic was wonderful throughout everything. Everyone was kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions. They did everything they could to help her, and even managed to get me in very last minute when her condition continued to worsen. My experience with the clinic made her passing a lot less painful; I will definitely continue bringing my pets here, and have since recommended this clinic to another friend who owns exotic pets! <3“

“Tyson is a GSP. He started having skin irritation, and his skin would get really red and flaky. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The team at McKeevers helped with a regiment to address his skin condition. So far, it's been going well. Tyson is not as itchy, and his skin cleared up. Let's talk pricing for those of you who may think it's expensive. Think of it as an investment for a happier future for your furbaby. $350 for immunotherapy and $90 for apoquel. Also, I would like to add that please get your syringes filled in some place else. I mean for $16 for 20 syringes. At the pharmacy they are .10 cents a peice. Quit jacking up prices. The syringes should be free. I just gave you $350. Anyways, rant over. I do highly recommend this place even if the pricing runs deep, so hopefully, your pockets are deeper.“

“I have three dogs, one with a chronic medical condition, and Park Grove has been nothing short of incredible with all of them. My husband and I have taken our dogs here for nine years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Everyone here - from the veterinarians and vet techs to the front desk staff - is so kind and friendly. We have seen each of the veterinarians many times and don't even have a preference in who our dogs see because they are ALL fantastic. Each of them goes above and beyond. “I have been using this clinic for over 20 years. Their vets are always very caring, listen to your concerns and treat your pets as if they were their own. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and responsive. Across the multiple vets they have many specialties, so almost all health concerns can be handled in their own office.Update - My two new cats just went in for their first annual wellness checks and vaccine boosters. Within minutes of checking in, the office staff had us in a freshly cleaned exam room. The Veterinary Assistants that first stopped in to get our details and weights and temperatures on my cats were very friendly. Dr Foster was the vet that did the exams and gave the shots. As always he was great with my cats (they didn't even notice the injections) and he addressed one of my concerns very thoroughly. Thank you Southview Animal Hospital!“

They were able to fit my pup in for surgery with only a weeks notice and when I brought her in, they noticed something else she would need surgery on. They were able to do everything she needed all in that one visit, sparing her an extra dose of anesthesia and extra stress. I've met with a couple of the vets and they were both patient with me, answering any questions I had, breaking down prices, and treated my pup with love and care.“

In my opinion and the experiences I've had in the past, I have yet to find a collection of a staff that has exceeded my expectations more than this group at TLC. My best friend needed a little extra handling by a confident, yet caring group of professionals that are the epitome of veterinary services.
