“I highly recommend Marvel Plumbing! This was the second time they helped out. (Please see my other review below.). Because Marvel is located quite a distance from me, I've had several other plumbing companies come out annually to clean out the main drain. The last one charged me $584, which seemed like a lot - plus if I wanted them to use the camera, I had to pay extra. This year I decided to return to Marvel Plumbing and am so glad I did. Ryan spent over an hour grinding away the built up grease that has obviously been there for several years (probably since they last cleaned it.) If you want a thorough, courteous, and professional job, I highly recommend Marvel Sewer & Drain over any other company. Even though it might cost a bit more if you are in Eden Prairie, Marvel is totally worth it! Thank you, Marvel & Ryan for such professional and dependable service.

Here is my review from several years ago; Excellent, Professional, Courteous!!! I was in a panic when I woke up and sewage had backed up in my basement shower. Ben responded to my call right away. He and his assistant, Sam, came out within a few hours and cleared it all out! His priced was very fair, especially considering all the work he had to do. In addition, he went above and beyond when he made an extra trip back to my home to leave a 'water alarm' for me to use in case water is detected in the future! I highly recommend Ben and will definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

“I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance on my Kinetico water softener to replacing filters in my Kinetico drinking water system, and every visit has been marked by professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise.

One moment that really stood out was when a technician noticed that my water heater ventilation (something completely unrelated to the service call) was not up to code. He took the time to explain the issue and make a recommendation, which I felt was truly above and beyond what I had asked him to do.

Most recently, their technician Hana came out and discovered that a piece of debris was lodged inside my water softener, causing it to run less efficiently. Her attention to detail and willingness to dig deeper did not go unnoticed, and it made a real difference in how the system performs.

“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.“

The plumber, Chris, arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a little over one hour (replacement of a bathtub/shower cartridge in the main upstairs bathroom). He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and offered a solution to my basement shower leak which no other company had ever mentioned. This saved me a lot of money.

“From our initial assessment visit with Andy to our walk through inspection with Aris, our electrician Joe, everyone was friendly, informative. They all worked together as a cohesive team. Our old oil burning furnace system removed, new electric heat bump and AC installed in one and a half days! They cleaned up and removed all debris. Each provided answers about the system and Aris provided the ihearterickson program that we will be signing up for soon. All done first assessment to finish....a week! Amazing plus an Xcel rebate on the way!

“We were doing laundry and noticed the basement floor drain was backing up. I booked an appointment online with another company, but they did not show up at the listed time and could not give me an ETA as to when someone would be out. I cancelled the appointment and found John's through Yelp. They answered the phone on the 2nd ring and Chachi came out within a couple of hours. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable! He went the extra mile to get our main sewer line cleaned out from tree roots and recommended we have it done annually to prevent this from happening going forward. I plan on doing this and will ask for them to send Chachi out. Highly recommend this place!“

“From start to finish we had a great experience with WHN. Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained. They were able to get out to our house the next day to replace our water heater. Our tech, Bruce, was friendly, communicative and efficient. We thought the price was fair, too. We can't recommend WHN highly enough!“

Within 24° of my phone call, a St. Paul Pipeworks plumber came to my home to assess the situation and provide estimated costs. It was not an emergency situation, so he showed and explained to me what possible approaches might be needed. On return appointment the following week, another St. Paul Pipeworks plumber, equipped for the specific task, completed the job in less than one hour. In both instances, the plumbers showed up on time, were respectful, efficient, amiable, focused, and willing to answer all my questions. I once compared prices and found them somewhere in the mid-range, I think. Okay, fine----but is getting a 'great' bargain something you want when searching for a surgeon? The price rating systems don't tell me much, unless some outfit's prices are so off-the-charts they include a catered lunch. My criteria include those intangible qualities of professional and personal integrity that only be recognized by seeing them firsthand---and I have.
