“I highly recommend Marvel Plumbing! This was the second time they helped out. (Please see my other review below.). Because Marvel is located quite a distance from me, I've had several other plumbing companies come out annually to clean out the main drain. The last one charged me $584, which seemed like a lot - plus if I wanted them to use the camera, I had to pay extra. This year I decided to return to Marvel Plumbing and am so glad I did. Ryan spent over an hour grinding away the built up grease that has obviously been there for several years (probably since they last cleaned it.) If you want a thorough, courteous, and professional job, I highly recommend Marvel Sewer & Drain over any other company. Even though it might cost a bit more if you are in Eden Prairie, Marvel is totally worth it! Thank you, Marvel & Ryan for such professional and dependable service.

Here is my review from several years ago; Excellent, Professional, Courteous!!! I was in a panic when I woke up and sewage had backed up in my basement shower. Ben responded to my call right away. He and his assistant, Sam, came out within a few hours and cleared it all out! His priced was very fair, especially considering all the work he had to do. In addition, he went above and beyond when he made an extra trip back to my home to leave a 'water alarm' for me to use in case water is detected in the future! I highly recommend Ben and will definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

“From our initial assessment visit with Andy to our walk through inspection with Aris, our electrician Joe, everyone was friendly, informative. They all worked together as a cohesive team. Our old oil burning furnace system removed, new electric heat bump and AC installed in one and a half days! They cleaned up and removed all debris. Each provided answers about the system and Aris provided the ihearterickson program that we will be signing up for soon. All done first assessment to finish....a week! Amazing plus an Xcel rebate on the way!

“We were doing laundry and noticed the basement floor drain was backing up. I booked an appointment online with another company, but they did not show up at the listed time and could not give me an ETA as to when someone would be out. I cancelled the appointment and found John's through Yelp. They answered the phone on the 2nd ring and Chachi came out within a couple of hours. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable! He went the extra mile to get our main sewer line cleaned out from tree roots and recommended we have it done annually to prevent this from happening going forward. I plan on doing this and will ask for them to send Chachi out. Highly recommend this place!“

“From start to finish we had a great experience with WHN. Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained. They were able to get out to our house the next day to replace our water heater. Our tech, Bruce, was friendly, communicative and efficient. We thought the price was fair, too. “These guys are great! We had a portion of sewer line break and needed to be repaired under our driveway. They clearly communicated what costs would look like depending on what route they needed to go for repairs (1 hole vs. 2). While onsite for the repair, they had consistent communication on when water would be shut off and what they needed. Luckily they were able to get the job done with only 1 hole needing to be opened. I hopefully will never need to use their services again, but will be my first call if I have issues again with my sewer line. Thank you!“

“Thought my water heater was leaking that they installed in January, 2024. Tec came to look and order parts. But it wasn't the water heater but a condensation pump off my furnace. There was no charge for the advice. We contacted the furnace company which part was under warranty to get replaced. We try to use local contractors. Ike has been around along time.“

“AMAZING SERVICE! They were the 3rd service provider I had out to fix a frozen sewer line and the first one that was able to fix it and in less than an hour!!! My line was frozen for 4 days and I had different plumbers out daily that spent hours trying to fix it. Cutting Edge is a family business - professional, friendly, efficient, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for their help and definitely recommend 1000%. Also, important to note - they have a steamer!!! Which is apparently impossible to find.
