“l came here to handle my brother's affairs. This was my first time doing this for anyone.From the moment my son and I walked in the door we were made to feel at ease and shown to a room where we could talk about the arrangements. l had a lot of questions and Rick Bies patiently answered them all and really put my mind at ease. l must say he gave me better answers to my questions than whoever l talked to when I phoned in. l am from out of state so had to travel a great distance to get there. Rick gave me better payment options than I had been quoted on the phone. At first I was told I needed to pay upfront, but Rick told me l didn't need to pay anything right now and that l had 60 days to complete the payments. That was great because it would have really been a strain on my budget otherwise. This funeral home was actually 2000.00 cheaper than in the state I am currently living in.lf you want to be treated with kindness, empathy and compassion go here. They will answer all your questions and won't make you feel rushed or try to sell you things you don't want.In a dire time they are here to help and help you get through this process as smoothly as possible.“

We worked with Cora here and the entire experience was so helpful and respectful. I really like how they take care in who is providing what info and also help notify SS. They also help by working with the hospital, University of Minnesota's #1 recommendation.
Death certificates were mailed. Cards were made. Urn's are on display with many many options and engraving is included!

“From the first contact to the last, they were professional, courteous, and caring. All of our questions were answered quickly. The facility is beautiful and many commented that it felt so warm and comforting. I have two suggestions for improvement: provide a list of items/supplies that are included (tablecloths, napkins, etc) and let the family know how to find the staff if anything comes up (I was going around knocking on doors when one of the toilets needed attention). Other than that, the attention to detail was amazing!We were happy to find several restaurants nearby to sit down with family and friends for a meal after the service. The location was easy to find and the parking was easier than expected.“

Not only could you sense the care in each phone call or personal interaction he and his staff where very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
