They were quite helpful!We thought we had thought of everything when our mother went to hospice care, but we had no plan for her cremation.We contacted Crescent Tide and right away knew they are what we needed. They were up front and informative with pricing. After having a bad experience with another very well know cremation business, we cancelled and contacted Crescent Tide. Not only were they 1/3 the cost but they were wonderful to work with. When a family is dealing with a loss, what they need is for this process to go smoothly and with compassion. Erin was fantastic. All details were able to be dealt with by phone and online, no stressful appointments and waiting. They were compassionate and handled everything professionally. I wish we had called them first, it would have saved some stress and heartache in an already horrible situation. I will definitely recommend Crescent Tide.
