Insensitive and impatient customer service. Very unhelpful.Called for questions about my infant urn needing paint touch-up (from the display rest causing scratches to the paint). Was told there was ‘no such thing as urn repair’ before even asking what I needed help with.I asked if they do any type of paint retouching and was responded with ‘nope’.Woman offered no further help of any sort and sat on the line saying nothing. How can a company who deals with urns and burial items be so rude and insensitive to grieving customers?

Brown Wilbert is tremendously fantastic company! The vault set-up guys go above and beyond to help funeral directors serve families in the most professional manner possible. Vicki in the St. Cloud office is always so friendly and helpful! The entire company is a delight to work with.
