I am a social worker at a local hospital and worked closely with Barbara after a patient from another country passed here in MN. She and her staff did EVERYTHING possible to jump through all the hoops that are involved in getting a person to their home country after death. There are so many components with international travel that are difficult for family members who are grieving to understand when all they want to do is just get home with their loved one. The professionalism, the compassion and the grace that Barbara and her staff showed this family was remarkable.
