It was a shock to receive her call in Philadelphia.I felt like I found and lost my brother on the same day. She had information to share about his last few years. Haley continued to stand by me as I grieved and made decisions about my brother’s cremation and burial of remains in a meaningful graveside service at St Mary’s Cemetery in Minneapolis where he had lived. She went above and beyond to responsively support and accommodate my needs throughout several long months. I finally met Haley in Minneapolis when she attended the graveside service. Jeff at Hodroff-Epstein seamlessly coordinated with the funeral home in Seattle. They also coordinated with our Temple in Minneapolis and had everything in place the day of the funeral. Their website had support for writing the obituary and hosting a webpage honoring my mother and to share information. I wouldn't have changed a thing, and the experience exceeded my expectations.“

Surprisingly, Amy Berry I think her name told me that I have to pay the remaining balance in order for me to place the ashes in. That was my very confusion experience. Make a story short paid it all. Done. I think it should be explain that I have to pay in full prior to.
