I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous.
