Ethan Deutsch was the technician they sent who isolated the problem in minutes and got it back working. He also completed the servicing and found a gas leak at the gas regulator that needed fixing. “Mom's furnace went out. Bonfe told her it was the memory board that could cost $1,000 and might not even fix the problem and could cost another $1,000 for another part and recommended a new furnace. I asked for a bid and told them I needed time to review it. I remembered that Menne's had been recommended to me a while back so I called. He lives a few blocks from mom, rearranged his schedule to come over, cleaned one part and it was working. He also told me that if the time comes that mom will need a new furnace, he can give us a much cheaper option. I teared up because I was so relieved that he helped us save $6-7,000. He's very friendly, and he's who I'm going to call when my 26 year old furnace or air conditioner goes out. Thanks so much for saving us! Above that, since it was evident a replacement was needed, Tim didn't charge me for coming out to take a look and give me a quote! He was always on time, honest and kind, very quick to reply and answer my questions, and there was NO beating his quote compared to the big stores!! Installing went smoothly and he took care to clean up well in and around my electrical room, and was excellent at explaining the process and how I can best maintain my system moving forward. “The technician that came out was great. Thumbs up to Adam, he was great. I had no heat, he offered 2 solutions repair or replacement. The old unit was about 20 to 25 years old so I asked for replacement. No wait time at all they were here the next morning to complete the removal and installation.

“John installed our Amanda air conditioner a little over a year ago. Totally satisfied with the unit, workmanship and professionalism. he took the time to explain about any questions that we had, and was pleasant the whole time. We had an issue with a circuit breaker tripping recently on the A/C. John came out and spent over an hour checking out the unit. It checked out great. The problem was in an aluminum connection from when the house was built over 30 years ago. He fixed it quickly. Well done John !!!“

“My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great. So Ted checked out water heater and determined it was not repairable, and the unit was 2 years past the warranty. Ted gave me a price and had the right heater in stock for my place and he had it installed and running in two days which was great to have hot water again. They left no mess, the service was great, and a special thanks to Jean.“
