“My wife and I recently decided to update our kitchen. We visited several places to look at flooring and Hamernick's in New Hope definitely was the most pleasant experience. John was there to answer all our questions during several visits and make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed without any pressure. Once we decided on our floor, he maintained constant communication during the process from ordering to install to insure it met our expectations. The installation crew was awesome and the removal and new install was fast and way better than expected. I would not consider going anywhere else for future flooring needs. Thank you John.“

We really enjoyed the quality of the customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Fast responses by email and phone.

The work done was of a good quality, and we were very happy with how it turned out. The only issue was one of the pieces of the stairs was misaligned, and the extra rug was a little too long. These issues were corrected promptly.

A lot of the displayed items also have sample sizes or if they don't have a sample you need, you can order it through their website for a small ($5.00) shipping fee.
