We recently had white carpet flooring installed, and the results were amazing. Our stairs were a very difficult and irregular shape, but the team carefully hand-cut each piece to fit perfectly. The final result turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations.
The owner, Mr. Zheng, was very responsible and came by several times to make sure everything looked good and the colors matched nicely. The crew was professional, cleaned the house after the work, and moved all of our furniture back to its original place.

It's easy to have a good relationship with a company when things go right - the trick is to find a company that will stand by their word in the rare instance when things don't go to plan. Unique Wood Floors Hopkins is one of those companies. We had LVP flooring installed in our condo in 2022. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication between us, our GC, and the installers our subfloor wasn't leveled. This led to the LVP flooring not holding up. For 3 years, UWF sent installers on their dime to make repairs and attempt to address the problem. Ultimately we jointly decided to replace the entire floor as a shared expense at a very low price.
