2105 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis“Experiencing Tammy's work has been life changing for the chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pains I have been experiencing for over 20 years. She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. Do not hesitate to see Tammy if you have any pain &/ spine or other issues She really cares and will go out of her way to help, make herself avail and get you out of pain!“

1940 Lexington Ave N, Roseville“What an amazingly studio. This review is for all three studios, Stillwater, White Bear, and Roseville as they all operate as one organization. These studios are all so welcoming and a person is quickly included as part of this family of yogis and instructors all trying to navigate life in a healthy and spiritual way. A membership allows you to attend classes at any of the three studios which makes it easy to always find a class that fits your need.“

5AM - 9PM
1500 Shingle Creek Crossing, Brooklyn Center“TL;DR: Cleanliness 5/5. Equipment 5/5. Organization and replacement of weights 0/5.
Amongst the 4, this is probably the nicest LA Fitness I've been to; Great custodial staff, nice equipment, and good spacing.
My pet peeve with the place is that people so frequently leave weight on machines, dumbbells laying in the middle of the floor, EZ- bars and dumbbells put back in the wrong places, etc.
In pre-school they teach us to put our toys back in the toy bin we got them from, yet it feels like there's a secret pact amongst the members of this gym to drop all etiquette and sometimes even go out of their way to put things back in the wrong places.
Unfortunately, I dont see how this could improve because there are already signs around the gym saying to rerack weights: it just doesn't matter.
I would recommend this gym, but be prepared to rerack others' weights 75% of the time you need to use a machine, and expect the chance that you have to go on a scavenger hunt to see where the weights you need were last used/left.
It's really not a huge issue, it just surprised me as I've never seen it that bad.“
5:45AM - 7PM
1011 Meadowlands Dr #10, White Bear Lake“This studio changed my life! I never thought I could do yoga, but the teachers here are amazing and make you feel welcome, no matter your level of expertise.“
“Excellent club. Great instructors, trainers, hospitality staff, food service staff are all top notch. Club is smaller and usually less busy. Good variety of classes and recovery area. Red light beds, infrared sauna, steam rooms men and women separate. Large lap pool and co ed spa whirlpool. Miora is great. Steve F is the BEST! Alex, Fiona, Chloe, Sydney, Brent, Bruno, Nina and all the janitorial staff is exceptional. Good selection of equipment. Locker rooms and club is always clean and smells good. The people at the cafe are ALWAYS friendly and the food is good.“

Peace United 5050 Hodgson Road, North Oaks“Shaila is an instructor with heart. She is practical, wise, compassionate, humorous, and incredibly knowledgeable about yoga and how to teach it. She is very active and hands on throughout every session, moving around the whole 90 minutes helping every person correct and/or adapt poses. She makes her classes widely available across a large geographic range while leaving a small footprint by tucking into available unused community spaces whether it be a community center, childcare center, golf club, art center, or church. She understands that injuries, aging, surgeries and other bodily trials happen over the long haul of yoga practice, so she is an instructor who will push you plenty, but who also embraces the concept and frequently states it, “Do the best you can with the body you showed up in today. Work at your own pace.”“
4 - 8PM
600 N 1st Ave, Minneapolis“this is a very attractive club compared to other Lifetime clubs. Unfortunately, there seems to be a chronic problem with having the women's facilities, not on par with the men's. Mini facilities in the women's locker room continue to not function properly, such as the whirlpool it's been reported to me.“

406 Cedar Lake Rd S, Minneapolis“I've done HIIT workouts for a number of years now and I've discovered the only real solution for my post-workout soreness is massage -- particularly ashiatsu massage. Since moving to the twin cities, I've been looking for an ashiatsu provider with no luck. Unfortunately, it's been so long since my last treatment that I've developed some back issues. Then last week I found Prajna Bodyworks.Today I had an appointment with Marne at Prajna. To call Marne an amazing ashiatsu provider would be an understatement. She immediately picked up on the spots that were the most in need of her attention. Throughout the massage she checked in with me re: how I was doing and made me feel at ease, even when things were painful. At the end of the session she recommended some stretches I can do at home that will help to ease the strain too.Needless to say I'll be returning for my second visit in few weeks!“
