“Great experience working with this company. Tyler S was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what needed to be done. They also do not charge a DX fee. We had Hero come out for a second opinion. They charged $99 for DX. Hero had the same repair plan except Hero added a replacement piece under our laundry sink. Tyler said it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a seal and to be tightened. We decided to go with 1-800-Plumbing and Air because of Tyler's expertise and glad we did as he also saved us between $1500-$2000. I specifically asked for Tyler to do the work. He came right away, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. We also had to cut into the wall behind our washer and dryer which we thought we'd have to re-sheetrock, but he was able to keep the hole small so you can't even see it. I will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing and air needs.“
