Nick from Sabre came out to fix a drain pipe that was leaking from somewhere between our 2nd story shower and our basement. Within 5 mins he found the leak and had the repair done 10 mins later. He was so knowledgeable and also very kind to our anxious dog who wouldn’t stop barking at him. Highly, highly recommend!!

We had our regular winter prep heating system check today and a problem was found (inducer motor). It’s a pricey but necessary replacement situation because no one wants to turn on their heat for the first time and find out it doesn’t work. SABRE installed this system for previous owners and we have maintained our service contract for the past few years, keeping up with maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the professionalism, timely appointments, and willingness to educate shown by the service staff. The office staff is also responsive and friendly in the phone. We were limping along with our AC. In less than 48 hours from the initial call to Sabre, we had met with the sales person to select the model we wanted and it was installed the following morning.
