“Thoroughly happy with their service and installation. In summary, disregard some of the low reviews – poor experience could be attributed to bad attitudes from both parties, but I did not experience that. You get what you give.I was directed to KK Heating and Plumbing (“KKHP”) from my home warranty service and was honestly hesitant based on the Google reviews. I am in the construction industry and deal with contractors on a weekly basis so I was at least comfortable with "being uncomfortable."I accepted the service dispatch and was called soon after by Eldon to advise me what time he would be by the next day. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed that my water heater was bad (over 12 years old with no maintenance from previous owners) and then proceeded to advise me what to expect from my home warranty company. This included the additional work (and cost) required to disconnect and reconnect piping, gas line, and ventilation since the warranty company only covered the water heater itself.The warranty company reviewed the request the next day and provided the anticipated cost for installation of the heater. I called KKHP and discussed the timeline for the work. They gladly explained the process and worked with my schedule. I received a call a few days later when they received the water heater and was walked through the process again. Very informative and helpful. They came the next day and were in and out in a few hours.Greg was extremely professional and thorough in his training to me on proper maintenance and settings to ensure longevity of the heater and our safety. Would recommend KK Heating and Plumbing!“

“Big shoutout to Knights Plumbing!! Had a traumatic situation, my newly resized wedding ring slipped off in the shower and went down the drain ?!! My son in law had a camera and was able to visualize it but needed a grabber tool to retrieve it. Gavin from Knights Plumbing came out with 2hrs and in 5 minutes my ring was back on my hand!!???He put a new grate on and said “ No charge, just happy I was able to help.” I Love this local business that would offer such kindness! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!❤️“

“First, we have a family of six and having no working toilets is NOT an option for even a day. I did my best to clear the clog with the snake I had. But a man has to know his limitations, I was trying to slay a dragon with a butter knife. Mike answered the phone at 6pm and was here within the hour as promised. I told him what wasn’t draining, and he got right to work. He put down drop clothes to protect the carpet and used a deodorizer that left the laundry room smelling way better than he found it. An emergency service call is never cheap but this was less than investing in my own machine and so much easier. I will definitely call M&B again should the need arise.“
