“Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! “We had leaking wax ring, unknown to us, bring down our finished lower level ceiling on Christmas Eve with 11 relatives at our home. I called Roger Vadnais Plumbing at 8:01 on Dec 26th. Roger had a plumber, Gordy, at our house by about 8:45AM. By 9:30AM the leaking wax ring was diagnosed and replaced with a raised flange/new wax ring and toilet reset and operable.We had a new wood floor installed in about 2016. The floor installers did not raise the flange to take into account the thickness of the ne flooring material but just used two wax rings to compensate which caused the long term leak causing ceiling below to become saturated and subsequently fail. If you replace flooring be sure to have a plumber reinstall the toilet to avoid this problem.We have used Roger Vadnais Plumbing whenever we have needed a plumber’s help since we purchased our home in 1993 and we recommend them highly.“
