“I’ve worked with Lance Leo for over a year. An amazing personal trainer and performance coach who is focused on helping me reach my best performance. He was flexible with my schedule as my husband I️ wintered out of state, scheduling remote sessions. He is instrumental in helping me reach my goals!! I’m in better shape nd health than I’ve ever been.”
“I like the smaller facility, which has less activity, quieter and more personal than large facilities and so convenient to my home. The staff is very helpful, friendly and always willing to help with any questions. They easily and quickly were able to go into my records for appointments and other history if I needed. Katie Hands was familiar with my history and always considered other areas of my body while working on a particular exercise . She considered my requests and took the time to answer my questions and restate her comments if I did not understand. She would even go through the exercise while I made a video of her with my phone. I really enjoyed having her as my PT and would like to have her again if I need PT. She was enjoyable to work with and pushed me to do a little more, which was good. Thank you Katie!”
“Everyone at the club was so friendly and helpful! It was very clean and really felt like a great place to work out in, the atmosphere and equipment are great and the instructor Jill was fantastic!”
