“Wonderful pilates studio with a great instructor. Pilates is a great low impact way to get active - especially if you are just starting out. And Bodiology is a great place to learn. The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her! Check out her Groupon specials for beginners, but make sure the times work for you before purchasing :).“

I was referred to them through another studio and learned that they offer Balanced Body Pilates teacher training. Karin, the owner, is a top tier teacher who puts so much care and energy into every person that comes into the studio.
