A most exceptional PT provider! I have been seeing Christa for her magical MAT treatments, both pre and post-op for my total hip replacement, and know fully well that I could not have returned to a level of activity I can perform today without her help. She's a gem!!!

I have found consistent pain relief in ways that other practitioners could not provide. Shannon and the staff at Fitness Focus give exceptional long lasting results so that I can heal and increase my mobility. Nothing works like M.A.T. ! I am grateful for this valuable resource that enables me to stay active as I age!

I have been with fitness focus for 3 years now for physical therapy and currently strength training. My trainer (Matt), and the rest of the FF staff, have been so supportive throughout my time with them. They continue to demonstrate their commitment, expertise, and professionalism in their specialized area(s) and ALWAYS bring the energy!
