I’ve worked with Lance Leo for over a year. An amazing personal trainer and performance coach who is focused on helping me reach my best performance. He was flexible with my schedule as my husband I️ wintered out of state, scheduling remote sessions. He is instrumental in helping me reach my goals!! I’m in better shape nd health than I’ve ever been.

The physical therapists here (Woodbury) are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They care about how you feel and taylor specific one on one care. I’ve been to another more well known and publicized site and this one exceeds it by bounds

Emily (Woodbury/Lake Elmo location) is an amazing PT. She is incredibly smart, patient and kind.
