“My experience here was fantastic. Very welcoming environment as soon as you walk in the door, Kaitlyn V. Was so helpful during my first time and made the sign up process seamless. The actual virtual workouts were nice to go at your own pace or push however worked best for you .”

“My 13 year old daughter started off ice training for hockey with Chris last spring, summer and fall. She was the best player on the ice most nights and can’t wait to train with him again this year to take her game to another level as she starts high school in the fall. His training is a game changer and definitely the best money spent.”
