The staff here are patient and understand his energy and deep neeeeeed for everyone’s attention (he’s super outgoing). He’s always excited to go to the Vet and see his friends. I know he receives amazing care from people who genuinely love what they do. My dog is really my child and I completely trust he’s in good hands when under their care. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. “Dr. Strzok was awesome with my bulldog Cinder. She has been having allergy issues for about 1 ½ years ( she is 2 ½). We were always at the vet for antibiotics and shots. The vet suggested I try a dermatologist. I looked up dermatologists around me and found that Haarstads can go to your vet office if it works or you can go to their office. I love that Dr. Strzok and her assistant Ashley got down on the floor and played and talked to Cinder. Cinder was not scared at all. She went over everything with me and gave me a great treatment plan and some great information. It has only been about 5 days, and so far, she is doing better.“
“The whole staff has been great each time we've been in, but Dr. Mesa in particular has been especially kind when our exotic fur-babies weren't feeling so good. Thank you!“

“Just the other day, my sweet little boy, Sherlock, fell suddenly ill. From the moment I stepped in the door, the techs were kind, understanding, and tactful. And when they discovered he had an aggressive cancerous tumor that burst, they communicated every option and the likelihood of every option's success. When we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye, they did everything to make both him and me comfortable in his last moments. Though I am overwhelmingly sad and filled with rage at the world, I'm relieved that they made this process as easy as humanly possible. Thank you so much.“
“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. He really helped a great deal and the staff were all wonderful and in sync. God put them here to do his work and they are definitely doing it in my opinion. ♥️“

“Came in on a Saturday night with an older Aussie that fell hard on some hardwood floor after a police and EMT were called for a family member having a potential stroke. Lots going on. The front desk staff were awesome and helpful. Despite me not thinking enough to call ahead, and after driving to the former location (again I was flustered at the time) they did a great job. All said and done it was about 4 hours for X-rays and meds and there were a handful of other people there as well, so it was within reason based on past experiences. Only piece of feedback was that I knew my dog was in a ton of pain because after 13 years, I’ve never seen her hurt that bad (hip), and they weren’t as quick to address my feedback and concern, other than the doctor was busy so they can't give meds. I get how some of these things work and at the end of the day, everyone was in good shape and Bailey is getting back to her old self.“
