“We had a cat emergency on a Saturday and my daughter remembered driving by here. The tech we talked to on the phone was super friendly and reassuring, and the tech and vet who worked with our "spicy" kitty were AMAZING. They spent extra time coaxing our cat out of the carrier and gave him explore time and settle down time in-between doing the steps of the exam. They explained his medication to us thoroughly, and when we had a question later, it was easy to call and get a quick answer. Highly recommended!“

“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. He really helped a great deal and the staff were all wonderful and in sync. God put them here to do his work and they are definitely doing it in my opinion. ♥️“

And when they discovered he had an aggressive cancerous tumor that burst, they communicated every option and the likelihood of every option's success. When we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye, they did everything to make both him and me comfortable in his last moments. Though I am overwhelmingly sad and filled with rage at the world, I'm relieved that they made this process as easy as humanly possible. Thank you so much.“

“This place is the best vet! They figured out a health issue that my cat had that no one else had figured out. Whenever I have taken my cat there, the doctor is always honest and straight to the point with how to care for my cat but you can tell he truly cares about the well being of the animals. His assistant Alex is also very helpful and super nice and kind as well. I needed referrals sent out for my cat and they were on top of it. Even people at other pet stores recommend him! If you want a vet that truly cares about their patients, then go here!“
