We went in for urgent care with a non-life-threatening wound.I called ahead to start the triage file and that was a smart thing to do, it helped us move through the process much more quickly. Still, it was 6 hours later that we brought our cat home, and it was only that long because he was ok. They were very busy. They triage like any hospital and we were low in priority, no worries. Everyone was respectful and helpful, and it's clear they are all animal lovers, a quality I look for in veterinarians. The vet offered thoughtful recommendations, was considerate of our needs, and was very caring.

Unfortunately, I have been here twice in the past month.. Yesterday I saw Dr. Wingham and his vet tech (long blonde hair and dark brows and lashes). Even though they were EXTREMELY busy, both took time to sit and chat and thoroughly go over everything regarding my dog's recurring UTI, our options, and costs. The sweet vet tech was also concerned about Rosie's high fever and did her best to get us seen sooner than the 4-hour wait that was expected. They have modern technology, and while I waited, I talked to another couple who drove 2 hours to Blue Pearl for their excellent service.
