Murray Animal Hospital is a business known for its great service, professionalism, and compassionate treatment. The staff and veterinarians provide excellent information and options for pets with various needs, such as separation anxiety. They are able to see sick animals promptly and are sensitive to the concerns of pet owners. The hospital has separate entrances for cats and dogs, and the treatment costs are comparable to other veterinary clinics. The veterinarians take into consideration financial constraints when suggesting treatment plans and are available to answer additional questions in a timely manner. Many customers praise the kindness, helpfulness, and thoroughness of the staff and vets, noting that appointments are easy to get and estimates are provided before procedures. The clinic’s care is highly trusted, with some clients driving 30 minutes away because of the confidence they have in the service. Despite some minor issues with the facility being a bit run-down and prices slightly higher than average, the exceptional quality of care and attentive service make Murray Animal Hospital highly recommended for pet owners seeking compassionate and professional veterinary care.
From checking in through the entire exam was excellent. I do have one question after I left I realized I had a coupon from Murray for Heart worm meds is that for in line only or in the office as well . Thank You taking great care of My Buddy and explaining everything to me . 🐶
Murray is always very good with Mia and make every attemp to fit her on the schedule as needed. All the vets and techs are amazing and receptionist are great!! Pricing for an urgent visit can he skewed by required tests and such the pet needs, so it seemed ok, but yet high because we don't use those frequently.
Highly recommend here! Been coming just a few times but every time the staff was so nice to my fur baby and the front desk staff was so interactive with her and Dr. Kim and her assistant was just amazing and was able to answer all my questions and concerns and most importantly the kindness and playfulness they show towards animals is just amazing. While checking out another tec asked to say hi and played with her. Just all around a fantastic team and man God bless them all!
