“This place is the best with cats. They really go out of their way to decrease stress whenever possible, and the staff is so patient and understanding even with my feisty kitty. They use minimal restraint, and the doctor didn't take it personally when my cat growled and swiped at her. Both doctors I've had here, as well as all the techs have always answered all my questions, and you can tell they all love animals and have their best in mind when making care recommendations. Prices are maybe on the high end of reasonable, but the care is so worth it. I'll be continuing to bring both my cats here for the foreseeable future.“
“I'm not quite sure where to begin so I'll simply start with - THANK YOU. Dr. Davies, Dr. Michels, and Dr. Etoll helped us for years with our almost 20 year old cat, Sammy. They guided us through his Hyperthyroid condition and prescribed just the right medicines. Once, he went through a spell where he was pooping outside the litter box and they recommended a calming diffuser that did seem to help. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and compassion that all of the staff showed us over the years. I guarantee they gave us extra years with our Sammy. And although Sammy recently passed away, I will ALWAYS recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to anyone I know and if (when) we get a new pet, we will certainly start right away with Crossroads again. “The staff are so wonderful! I have a permanent puppy elderly dog. He’s so energetic and sometimes a bit much for people. The staff here are patient and understand his energy and deep neeeeeed for everyone’s attention (he’s super outgoing). He’s always excited to go to the Vet and see his friends. I know he receives amazing care from people who genuinely love what they do. My dog is really my child and I completely trust he’s in good hands when under their care. “Dr. Michelle Donald is an amazing veterinarian! Her staff are equally wonderful and this is a well run, efficient, and professional veterinary service. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. Extremely transparent with procedures and pricing. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.“

“We had a cat emergency on a Saturday and my daughter remembered driving by here. The tech we talked to on the phone was super friendly and reassuring, and the tech and vet who worked with our "spicy" kitty were AMAZING. They spent extra time coaxing our cat out of the carrier and gave him explore time and settle down time in-between doing the steps of the exam. They explained his medication to us thoroughly, and when we had a question later, it was easy to call and get a quick answer. Highly recommended!“

“Just the other day, my sweet little boy, Sherlock, fell suddenly ill. From the moment I stepped in the door, the techs were kind, understanding, and tactful. And when they discovered he had an aggressive cancerous tumor that burst, they communicated every option and the likelihood of every option's success. When we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye, they did everything to make both him and me comfortable in his last moments. Though I am overwhelmingly sad and filled with rage at the world, I'm relieved that they made this process as easy as humanly possible. Thank you so much.“

“This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets.
