“We were referred to Prominent Construction by a family member who used them for a roof replacement. Our roof seemed to be showing some wear and we wanted it inspected proactively. From the initial call, they were well organized and great communicators. Justin came out the day after our call, inspected our roof, and showed pictures of the problem areas. He pointed out the blistered shingles and educated us on the benefits of ridge venting in improving ventilation (vs our existing turtle vents). He did not use any aggressive sales tactics but just outlined our options, both in terms of shingle choices as well as what costs may be if we waited a year or two. His consultative approach was much appreciated as we made our decision. Once we agreed to move forward, Justin worked with us to get the paperwork done quickly so that we could get on the schedule. He also recommended contacting our insurance company to inquire about a discount on our homeowner’s insurance premium with the class 4 impact resistant shingles (we will get a nice discount, making the upgrade worth it). As our project moved along, Charles took the baton from Justin and reached out to schedule our job and provide guidance on how to prepare for the install as well as answer any questions. Charles also looped in Tabitha as I had questions on getting our insurance form completed. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew showed up promptly at 7am and got right to work. They gave us an estimated timeline for the project (which they met) and were respectful of our property. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and the roof looks great. When I called in late in the day to inquire about the timing of the dumpster pick-up, Tabitha quickly tracked down the answer and got back to me even though it was after business hours. Charles came out the next business day to inspect the job, pick up the extra unopened shingles, and ensure there were no residual scraps in the yard. He did point out a section where he wants the edge trimmed a little better and said he’d send someone out to do that. Great attention to detail and obviously takes pride in their work. Prominent has been so easy to work with, making us feel like a valued client versus just another job. I have already referred them to a family member and know they will have a wonderful experience as well. Definitely would give Prominent Construction 5 stars!“

“I recommend Milan if you need your carpets cleaned. He was very quick and professional, and even offered advice for how to lift depressions in the carpet left behind by furniture. Very easy to communicate with and friendly.

He wasn't happy with one of the carpets in our newly bought house after his first pass, so he did a second one. It helped.

“I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“

“We hired David and his team to remodel the town home we recently purchased. We had work done in the kitchen (counter tops, backsplash, painting), a fireplace update, reconfiguration of a mud-room and guest bathroom. We are very happy with the end result. “Phil from Benson Property went above and beyond to help us when we contacted them for a roof inspection. We thought we had wind damage resulting in water leaking through our roof. Phil came out right away and quickly determined that we didn't have storm damage; instead we had a vent that was installed incorrectly. At this point I expected he would tell me about a huge project to repair it, but he didn't. Instead he said it was an easy fix and proceeded to make the repair at no cost.
