Had entire roof replaced after a storm. Roof didn't have much of a problem prior other than a few shingles blown off from a windstorm. Was told roof should be good for 50 years after they are done. Have had several issues with leakage into the house. First clue was water dripping down from a smoke detector. Someone from the company did come out at first but stated nothing they could do. Several other leaks found since which has led to rotting, ceiling damage, ect. Have called and emailed multiple times but they simply do not respond. My PM, Jeff, was great but had left the company when our job started. Overall, I think your job depends on the crew that shows up at your door. We didn't get the varsity team, I don't even think we got JV. We got the practice team--so you take your chances.We had our job "completed" August 2020 (which took months to finally get the workers out to our house), but there are still issues including siding that was loose and partially attached since the workers first left the job (it vibrates and create low humming in higher winds, audible inside the house) and we couldn't be hone the final day of work. Phil from Benson Property went above and beyond to help us when we contacted them for a roof inspection. We thought we had wind damage resulting in water leaking through our roof. Phil came out right away and quickly determined that we didn't have storm damage; instead we had a vent that was installed incorrectly. At this point I expected he would tell me about a huge project to repair it, but he didn't. Instead he said it was an easy fix and proceeded to make the repair at no cost. Benson Property acted with honesty and integrity and did more than I could have ever expected.
