Carl and Chris are super helpful in the whole process. They are very responsive when needing to communicate and have very good communication. They did a great job and followed through and did what they said they were going to do with much kindness and integrity. They worked with us and insurance to make sure the claim was covered correctly.
Chris, Carl and Juan did an awesome job when our sump pump failed during an intense rainstorm — flooding our basement. The crew came out the same evening to begin the mitigation process. The restoration got our basement back to pre-flood condition. They worked with our insurance company making that process pretty seamless.
I had a terrible drain backup and flood situation one hour before I was to have a Super Bowl party and a house full of guests. The bathrooms, faucets and every other sink option was..of course…not an option. I contacted several companies immediately, none of which could help me until “Monday between 8:00am & 4:00pm.” I called Integral Restoration and they were out within 1 hour.
In the following days, Carl & Chris walked me through the clean-up, restoration and insurance claim process of the of the overwhelming mess. They were always accessible by phone and e-mail.

Contacted Integral early on a morning when we found our finished basement had been ruined with water damage. Carl and Chris came in right away and started the mitigation and cleaned and dried the area out over the next few days. They worked with us and insurance to make sure the claim was covered correctly. Then had their restoration team come in and complete the repairs to our expectations in a very quick and efficient manner. They did a great job and are very responsive when needing to communicate. Would not hesitate to use them if needed again.
