After an initial visit to see the situation and talk with us, Mark did mold mitigation and clean-up in our basement storeroom (surface orange mold spots on all the wall dry board, and some fuzzy yellow mold on the ceiling beams), then painted the dry board with mold inhibiting paint, and reinstalled the shelf supports that he had removed and cleaned. He recommended having a follow-up air quality test done by a different company to ensure that no further work was needed. The quality was good!
Mark was very thorough in safety measures, including closing off/isolating the mold-infected room from the adjacent areas before he started work, also using an air cleaner filter in both the affected room and the adjacent room throughout the process.
