Milan was OUTSTANDING. Prompt in answering my call and then came over the next day. We discussed and diagnosed and he completed the solution the next day in the utility room.
Then he saw and found another issue in our basement wall and remediated right away.
I can’t say enough about Milan and his great services!!

We had a leak that we previously called another company on, they didn't attempt to even try to identify the source and we were quoted a sump pump right away.
Wanting a second opinion, we called 360 Water Damage. Milan came out same day, immediately investigated and located what is most likely the culprit. Gave us many options and advice and truly made it clear that he wanted to help us navigate the best route without unnecessary spending. We are so thankful. He educated on mold and precautions.. all in all.. now we have a contact we trust. Highly recommend!!
