What a wonderful company this is! After 16 years of no carpet cleaning and two years over run by mice. This wonderful company was able to renew the carpets in an amazing way. I called 360 Carpet Cleaning late Monday evening after realizing the new house we moved into had really dirty carpets in the basement. I worked with Milan and was blown away by his intelligence, kindness, professionalism and how quickly he was able to come clean. He had offered to come on the spot that day. I am very grateful to him for cleaning my carpets so we could continue to move in! He knows what he is doing and worth every penny in my opinion. My carpets are much better now with no bad odor in the air anymore. He even let me check out the process where I was able to get a photo of the difference. Thank you Milan!
