“John (owner) and Scott came to my house today and worked on a clogged pipe for nearly two hours. They were super hardworking and honest when they said they couldn't get it. They gave me good next steps and a recommended plumber when they determined the solution may be out of their wheelhouse. This is the second time I've used Roto-Matic (first was at a different property) and I've been happy both times. I'll be calling them back if needed in the future.“

“From our initial assessment visit with Andy to our walk through inspection with Aris, our electrician Joe, everyone was friendly, informative. They all worked together as a cohesive team. Our old oil burning furnace system removed, new electric heat bump and AC installed in one and a half days! They cleaned up and removed all debris. Each provided answers about the system and Aris provided the ihearterickson program that we will be signing up for soon. All done first assessment to finish....a week! “Had couple valves replaced with ball valves, sump pump test and had old water heaters replaced by Weld & Sons Plumbing.

“New furnace 1-2 years ago, and recently a new AC. Regarding both experiences plus a couple earlier problems: The Quality of Service in all measurable categories was superlative, and it was a pleasure to engage them. I wish Jeff Johnson were my neighbor.

I once compared prices and found them somewhere in the mid-range, I think. Okay, fine----but is getting a 'great' bargain something you want when searching for a surgeon? The price rating systems don't tell me much, unless some outfit's prices are so off-the-charts they include a catered lunch. My criteria include those intangible qualities of professional and personal integrity that only be recognized by seeing them firsthand---and I have. This could be edited and made more coherent, perhaps, but I think you get the point. I just know I can count on you when needed---though I hope that isn't too often. Thanks.“
