First of all I’d like to say I have struggled with having no heat in one side of my house for years and I had a maintenance program through XL energy which I paid $77 a month. I got totally fed up with it. I got jerked around left right upside down backwards. So I called elk heating and cooling. They came out within 45 minutes. Corrected the problem. The technician was Rich he’s fantastic intelligent didn’t waste any time he acted professionally he spoken intelligently. He knew his business 100%. This is a fantastic company and they get the job done first time.

I called to have someone come out and figure out why our Furnace wasn't working. Rich came out within and hour and figured out what was wrong. He would have replaced it but they don't work with our systems for warranty replacements, and told us to go with someone who does, since our furnace is still under warranty. He looked out for us to save as much money as we could, which is of high value. Furnace quit working this morning. Called the office and had a call back from Rich within an hour. Fortunately, he was on another call fairly close by, so he came over and got us running again in no time. He knew exactly what to look for and charged a reasonable amount for the service that was provided. Great Service!!!!Service: Heating system repair
