“Our 17-year old furnace stopped working in late December. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube and HVAC forum research, to no avail. After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement.Tom Schneider has entered the chat.I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes. After 45 minutes of diagnostics, he had fixed our furnace.A few things I appreciated about Tom:1) He has a wealth of experience (35 years) working on heating and air.2) He is local and self-employed, not part of some big national operation. When I called his numer, he picked up (not some dispatcher from a remote location).3) He is honest and transparent. He did not even remotely hint or suggest that I should replace our furnace, which he could easily have done in light of its age.4) He talked me through what he was working on and what his solution was. He also told me what could go wrong in the future, for me to be prepared for that.5) His pricing was reasonable for an emergency call.“

“Loved our experience with Jon at Encore Heating! We were out of the state during the coldest week of the year and our heat stopped working. I found out and called him up. “We ordered a oven range hood, oven range and dishwasher thru Best Buy. This company was the one who did the delivery and the install. Jordan was the lead installer and had 2 others with him assisting.All I can say is they were prompt, thorough, knowledgable, didn't rush us with the cleaning that needed to be done behind the appliances, and so much more. The 3 of them worked great together and we could hear laughter amongst them while working which was great!!! They checked and rechecked everything multiple times before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“I have been working with Precision Heating & Cooling for so many years (decades!) that I've lost count. Though I have moved several times, they have always given me great advice, personalized for the home I was in.As a single mom, I was always interested in saving money, and Terry Yanisch (in sales) and Jay Legler (in service) have gone above and beyond to find the most energy efficient ways to take care of my home. Though some companies are quick to recommend whatever makes them the most money, Precision Heating has repeatedly sought out parts to repair my HVAC systems when possible, rather than than charging to replace them. And in one home, when replacement was necessary, they recommended a furnace which was so efficient that it permanently reduced my energy bills! Loved that!Before I found Precision Heating, I tried other companies. None of them were as respectful or considerate as the people here. Precision's staff were never condescending and never made me feel uncomfortable. They never tried to upsell. Because of their professionalism and kindness, I am constantly recommending them to family and friends.
