After being away for New years Eve we came home to a cold house. I tried to troubleshooting on the Internet with no success. I contacted Vann Heating & Air on New Year's Day, Pete was out at the house right away and the problem was solved in no time. I am grateful for the service and honest pricing. Thankful we did not have to replace the furnace but I know when that time comes I will be calling Pete.

We woke up in the dead of winter, and our furnace had stopped blowing warm air. We called Kate and with in an hour Pete showed up at our home. He was professional and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything and was super helpful. My husband and I agree that our heat works better now than it did when we bought our home. And we bought a brand new home! Great service and experience. Call was received and they were available on short notice at the end of the day. Mr. Vann arrived when scheduled and identified a few different potential causes of a faulty furnace. He made sure walk me through the solutions and recommended the exact parts I may need to keep things running into the future. The invoice included summarized notes on what we talked about so I can reference down the road. Great to have this local owned spot. No need to go anywhere else for HVAC. Call Vann.
