“Unbelievable level of service. Countryside redid our cooling system 11 years ago and we’ve had zero problems ever since. When my mother reported that there was some water on the floor of the furnace room, the company that had been servicing her came in and said that she would need to spend between 14 and $18,000 to replace your entire air-conditioning system. Note that this company had replaced your entire heating system three years ago. I knew that my mother’s house was having no problem keeping cool and I was suspicious about the situation so I asked countryside to come out and give me an honest evaluation of the situation as if they were doing it for their own mother. They sent Tanner, a technician out a day later, and he was able to assess the situation in point out that the air-conditioning system was working perfectly, and the source of the leak was the humidifier that this other company didn’t change when they redid my mother‘s heating system and it was over 25 years old and all the pipes were cracked and leaking, and this other technician had taken out the old system the old humidifier, but Tanner was able to show us how when you turn on the humidifier and turn on the valve of its water source that it shows exactly the source of the leaking on my mother‘s floor Tanner said that we likely have years left of service with the air-conditioning system. He didn’t even want to give us a quote for a system that didn’t need to be replaced, and we asked him to give us a quote to replace the humidifier. We had two other companies come out each telling us we needed to replace the system, and Tanner was the only one who came out and really tried to protect my mother’s best interest. I hate it when companies try to take advantage of elderly people. You can trust your home in the capable hands of countryside, heating and cooling, and especially you can trust your elderly parents in their hands as well. It’s nice to see that. There are some companies out there that are not owned by private equity and still care about their customers.“

“We ordered a oven range hood, oven range and dishwasher thru Best Buy. This company was the one who did the delivery and the install. Jordan was the lead installer and had 2 others with him assisting.All I can say is they were prompt, thorough, knowledgable, didn't rush us with the cleaning that needed to be done behind the appliances, and so much more. The 3 of them worked great together and we could hear laughter amongst them while working which was great!!! They checked and rechecked everything multiple times before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“
