Our residential A/C went out last fall. We had a Home Service Plus technician come out and tell us we needed a new hvac system for $6-10k. I put it off until the summer humidity became insufferable. Dave answered promptly on the first call and was able to come out in a few hours. The amazing thing was it was also a holiday and the heat was way too much with a full family to keep cool. He was able to fix the problem with a very fair rate for the circumstances. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. Sucks my AC broke but happy to find a reliable and fair person to work with in the future.
