I hired the guys at Avid to install a new air conditioner unit. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took extra time to make sure my new system was dialed in properly. They were timely and responsive and got the job done in good time. They were respectful of my home and property. And they cleaned up after the job was done. They are competent at their craft. I would highly recommend them to others, especially if you live near or around the Lake Minnetonka area. I wish I could give these guys ten stars. They are 100% professionals, providing service that goes way above and beyond expectations. They are also the most reasonably priced, and install the best brand of equipment (Trane). They are prompt with service and stayed working until very late into the night on a Friday, rather than stopping and coming back later, so that we didn't have to suffer in the high heat. When a hidden wasps' nest tore in half during the replacement of our A/C unit and they instantly got stung over 20 times, they were true heroes and braved the swarm of hundreds to remove the whole nest for us. Excellent customer service on the phone and when they came to install our air conditioner. Absolutely no pressure from them for anything and they were all so polite and well mannered. We highly recommend for any service you need!
