Will was so helpful to work with! I did have to have him out twice because I’m too stubborn to allow somebody else to do work I could (or thought I could) do myself. A follow up review: After 35 years the original air conditioner compressor died with its boots on. The technician was there immediately and tried all efforts to resuscitate it but it was time to replace. It was 96 degrees.The important element in this review is that the folks at Peak owned the whole process. Despite the fact that I was delayed in confirming the unit I wanted, and I delayed in the small business of choosing financing -- the urgency never moved. The hottest week of the summer and my AC goes out! These guys are pros! Jesse was helpful in walking me through options for a new AC unit and came out later that afternoon to confirm his estimate. The next day at 8 am two guys were out to install and were extremely friendly. Local place with great service and competitive pricing. You just got a customer for life!
