“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have been meaning to write this review for many months but completely forgot to. Our A/C went out in July right before a heat wave was coming. I called every local company I could think of but nobody could come out quick enough and once they heard I had a main unit in the attic, they often refused.

I received a recommendation from another company to give Southside a call. Mark picked up right away and when I described the issue, he identified the likely issue correctly over the phone and said it was unlikely a tech would have to go into the attic to fix anyway. He told me if that fixed it to give them a call and they would cancel the visit and was as able to schedule someone to come out the next day.

Dima arrived bright and early the next day and within 20-30 minutes I had a new compressor covered by my warranty. Dima gave me great advice on annual AC maintenance as well.

I will absolutely be calling them for our next Heating and Cooling issues and can't thank Mark and Dima enough - sorry the review took so long to make!“

“Communications between Roto-Rooter and myself were excellent. I received a text message followed up by a phone call regarding the technician's arrival time. The plumber, Chris, arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a little over one hour (replacement of a bathtub/shower cartridge in the main upstairs bathroom). He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and offered a solution to my basement shower leak which no other company had ever mentioned. This saved me a lot of money.

Yes, they are spendy but they offered me a couple of coupons that saved me a about $100+.
