Hired to hire two new toilet seals. Initial estimate done by website/email and had me take pictures of the work needed. Quote came back $400 under competitors. Took a bit of phone tag to get thing scheduled (that's my -1 star), but work was top-notch and plumber did not quibble on the extra 30 minutes or so needed for the job to be completed. Extra $20 for additional materials, but expected that.
Good work, Meyer!
Will return to this if any follow-up needed.
Jake's plumber Rick came over and replaced all of the innards in my two Gerber toilets. The toilets were both running (leaking). He was efficient, gave me great tips on DIY maintenance. Very positive experience - I will call Jake for any plumbing I want in my home!
I needed a plumber quickly because the pipe under our kitchen sink started leaking right before we left for a weekend trip. The technician arrived within a couple of hours, replaced the damaged section, and double checked the connections before leaving. It gave me peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t come home to water damage.
