I am always worried when I call a plumber. When my tankless hot water heater stopped working I called these guys. Jeff showed up on time as agreed. He evaluated my unit and determined it was bad. But, he contacted the company and helped convince them to replace it under warranty. Since I bought the house 5 years ago and wasn't the original buyer I didn't think it would work, but it did! Next was the labor cost. He was knowledgeable and quick. The cost was very fair. He explained to me how a tankless system worked and how I needed to maintain it. What a fantastic experience.

This commercial plumbing company is excellent. I believe the previous reviewer is mixing up companies, as K&S does not work in residential /personal homes. I know the owner to be fair and honest.

There are so many good things to say about K &S plumbing. The staff are all friendly and professional, which is appreciated, but furthermore the pricing is absolutely amazing. The pricing is fair and justified despite the industry's pricing reputation.
