“I operate a 7,000 sq ft Historic Building downtown. When I moved in last year we had signs of mice everywhere. I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately. And when I say immediately, I mean I never saw another mouse or dropping again. There was activity in a back area, which they noticed, treated, and now that's fixed too. He explained what occured with our situation thoroughly and granted us the knowledge behind him not needing to service us at this time. John is a respectable gentleman. He could of given us info to make us worry about nothing and charged us for some services we didn't need but he didn't. He understands the value of humanity and being compassionate and realistic. Especially with the responsibility of providing services for people's funds. He has great people skills and understands and treats you like a friend or a family member. That's good business. I reached out on social media last evening about what I thought was a swarm of wasps, and the owner responded first thing this morning offering to stop by and help identify them. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and kind throughout the entire interaction.
He later identified them as bumblebees and not only explained extermination options, but also shared information about local beekeepers who offer free removal services when possible. At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into a service. What started as help identifying the insects turned into a free consultation, honest guidance on how to handle the situation, and a very fairly priced service option if needed.
When he arrived, he noticed the swarm had mostly moved on and only a few stragglers remained. Instead of charging me, he simply offered reassuring advice, a smile, and left me feeling completely taken care of. I’m so grateful for his integrity and willingness to help. “I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.“
