Bedbugs were a 0/5, would not recommend. However, IPM was fantastic! They were always responsive, answered all of my many questions, and did a thorough job of treating the issue. Although I’d much prefer not to need pest control again, if I ever do I would not hesitate to reach out to them.

We purchased a property three years ago and had IPM out right before we moved in because we noticed quite a few bugs (we live on conservation land in the woods). Gary came out and did a super thorough job - we had zero pests for nearly three years.Just had them back out this week and had the same great experience with Gary - very thorough and knowledgeable in treating the areas in and around our home.Go with IPM, they more than stand by their guarantee - their service exceeds it!

I contacted 5 exterminators. 2 of them came out and the biggest reason why I did not go with them was because they tried to convince me I needed so much more than I was able to afford. Gary from IPM came out and was very nice, extremely informative and I will definitely be using IPM if I am ever am in need of an exterminator!!
