“I got two estimates for what I feared were termites from two of Empire's competitors. Both were for hundreds of dollars, and they never came out to look at our house. Terry from Empire came out for an actual inspection. He was knowledgeable and reassured me that the problems I was having were not from termites. He even sprayed for wood boring bees.
