I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately. “Elijah came in and took care of a giant headache of different kinds of bees at our house. He was very thorough, double checking areas of concern even if at first glance there was no activity. Not only that, but he was also super knowledgeable and answered a myriad of questions and concerns I had. We were happy he could come back and see the impact he made on his first pass - it made a world of a difference. I finally got to remove my warning sign for our mail carriers about the bees! “It has taken a bit to get them to do things right but my current technician is outstanding. My front lawn looks great but I am having problems in the back with browning in spite of regular watering. Because my back area is large I almost wonder if it’s being rushed through or shorted. They’re good people and listen one on one at their office. I like the service manager a lot. HE CARES A LOT. Challenging in customer service.“
