It has taken a bit to get them to do things right but my current technician is outstanding. My front lawn looks great but I am having problems in the back with browning in spite of regular watering. Because my back area is large I almost wonder if it’s being rushed through or shorted. They’re good people and listen one on one at their office. I like the service manager a lot. HE CARES A LOT. Challenging in customer service.
I really like the overall of Trugreen services since I started with them about a year and a half. Though, the last application that they did about two weeks ago was horrible and burnt wide spots of my lawn, which was very inconvenient to me and showed how inconsistent their service and technician’s performance are!!! I am assuming that the reason for that is due to the application was done late in the day, about 4:45 pm, with almost 90 degrees weather!!! To my knowledge this is too late and it’s high temperature for this job? Brian did a great job. My husband asked a question about seeding in areas of our yard. Brian wasn’t sure of the answer, he called a lawn expert at TruGreen, came back and gave my husband the answer. We appreciated his service.
